As a bioengineer turned Product Manager, my goal is to transform scientific ideas into products and solutions people want to use. I am at my best close to users, listening, questioning, learning; and close to my teams, building excitement and knowledge to transform customer insights into solutions. My 3 work pillars are: a leaning toward analytics and fact-based decision making, allowing myself to be creative and come up with new ways of doing things, coaching and training others to help them succeed. In my personal life, I find joy in playing the piano, doing improv and spending time in nature. Whether I'm hiking or skiing, these activities keep me grounded and refuel my energy.
• Led the development of two next-generation hardware and software surgical microscopy products (tied to a $100+ million revenue roadmap) • Provided cross-functional leadership to a 30+ person organization spanning R&D, clinical, IP, legal, regulatory, marketing, and sales, from early product concept to design freeze • Established and led five strategic external innovation partnerships with academia, startups, and multinational corporations to explore and de-risk new technologies • Built and maintained an international KOL advisory board of 6 neurosurgeons for innovation activities • Created a structured customer insight research process, mentoring teams through workshops and training sessions to strengthen customer-centric marketing and product activities
