Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology at the Pennsylvania State University, and my goal is to gain valuable hands-on experience through information technology internships and research. • Provide first-level IT support for end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and clear communication with non-technical users. • Actively support user account administration by creating, modifying, and disabling accounts in Active Directory, assisting with group memberships, and maintaining accurate user access controls. • Utilize Azure Admin Center to support cloud-based administrative tasks, user access management, and system visibility within a hybrid IT environment. • Played a key role in a network inventory system migration by transitioning the organization to Snipe-IT, auditing existing assets, and migrating 50+ network devices, improving asset tracking accuracy and lifecycle visibility. • Assist with device setup, configuration, and deployment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network-connected equipment, while documenting procedures and resolutions for future reference.
