With over a decade of experience spanning logistics, retail management and supply chain planning, I’ve built my career on one constant: getting things done, and bringing people with me. Currently, at Amazon Logistics, where I oversee daily operations, drive KPI performance, and work to build a culture where safety and efficiency go hand in hand. I work with a team to deliver quality, maximise KPIs, Health & Safety, solve problems, and raise the bar together. Before Amazon, I wore many hats: managing retail stores, coordinating supply chains for a global automotive manufacturer (Continental), and even analysing financial markets. That breadth has given me a cross-functional mindset — I can sit comfortably in a warehouse, a boardroom, or a trading desk conversation. A few things that define how I work: • I lead by being present, not by giving orders from a distance. • I’m data-curious — I use numbers to tell stories and drive decisions. • I adapt quickly. Moving countries, switching industries, learning new systems — I’ve done it, and I’ve grown through it. I’m trilingual (English, Portuguese, Spanish), currently deepening my knowledge in accounting and finance, and always open to conversations about operations, leadership, and what’s next.
