Main areas of responsibility: • Ensuring satisfactory service to high-net-worth clients • Analysis of various business metrics including quantitative analysis and calculation of insurance deductibles
Restructured the bar after it had been leased out for the past 30+ years. • Managed team of 20 employees • Accountable for revenue, hiring employees and customer satisfaction • Performance evaluations were given to employees on a weekly basis • Major changes included: streamlining the entire bar, implementing a new workflow, new product line and new standards for work ethics and customer service • Managed to increase the revenue by approximately 30 % within the first six months
