I am Victor Küpper, Head of Consulting and Services at TAKTIQ. My passion lies in creating digital solutions that deliver measurable efficiency gains. What motivates me most is direct customer interaction and visible feedback – it’s how I make a real impact on customer satisfaction and long-term success. In my role, I lead the consulting team with a focus on customer engagement, project execution, and services. With years of consulting experience in IT and the automotive industry, I bring expertise in project, data, and requirements management, along with proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams. My background also includes extensive rollout management with direct sales responsibility in the automotive sector, as well as international project management from planning to running global workshops on-site and remotely. At TAKTIQ, we draw motivation from the dynamics of large production environments and the strong partnerships we cultivate with our customers. That’s why we foster open collaboration, value flat hierarchies, and create spaces where people can truly make a difference. As a Research Assistant at the Chair of Mathematical Engineering with a focus on neuroscience, I worked on the analysis and evaluation of MEG data. Part of my role involved regularly presenting the current state of our research at other universities with related faculties.
As part of the strategic controlling team at Tönsmeier Entsorgungswirtschaft GmbH & Co. KG, I worked on the group forecast, profit center planning, and the subsequent report to the supervisory board. In addition, I conducted analyses in the area of M&A and supported the design and implementation of a planning system based on SAP/BW.
My internship at Ecclesia Holding GmbH provided me with broad insights into the work of one of Germany’s leading industrial insurance brokers. I contributed to the economic evaluation of clients and gained experience in applying Java for the maintenance and development of internal software solutions.
