Lead for all new Local Government partnerships in the Magic Notes team.
• First Sales & Partnerships hire taking the Magic Notes SaaS tool to market. I led on new partnerships across Wales and England. • Established high-impact partnerships with senior stakeholders to drive adoption of AI-powered solutions. • Collaborated with Local Authorities and care providers to tailor services to their specific needs.
Brought on board over 130 new partners and closed over 500 renewals during my time leading new partnerships in London and the south east of England. Expert Account Management experience maintaining outstanding relationships with 350+ partners, which included delivering in-person events and training to ensure they make the most of the platform. Supported partners with constructing their long and short-term strategies, with our products in mind.
I founded a limited company providing Employability, Character Development and well-being services for post-16 learners. Secured two large clients in NFL International and Barnet and Southgate College as part of initial scaling. Assisted in formulating the recruitment, selection and attraction strategy for the brand-new NFL Academy in London. Developed and delivered the Character Development curriculum to all student-athletes at the NFL Academy.
Unlocked 2018 Cohort. Worked on the largest Prison wing in Europe, looking after the pastoral and rehabilitative needs of 420 Offenders. Also delivered Employability workshops to those in custody. Trained Key Worker for six High-Risk Prisoners within the HMP Pentonville estate. Trained C&R and First Aid at Work practitioner. While in this role, I also studied for an MSC in Leadership in Custodial Environments to influence penal reform in the UK. I spoke publicly with different stakeholders about the importance of penal reform. These stakeholders include MPs, students, corporate partners and Prisoners.
