• Leader of eCommerce with staff responsability. • Strategic-conceptual expansion and optimization of e-commerce presence in domestic and international markets. • Definition of revenue goals, forecast and action plans actions plans to achieve targets. • Development & monitoring features of online shop with focus on usability, user experience, Conversion Rate & web analytics (GA & Data Studio, Social, SEA, CRM, Direct). • Collaboration with web development and technical ext. teams as well as cross department collaborations.
