- Science Operations Team lead ‑ Lead a team of six data scientists and software developers, overseeing the operational workflow of the science team (fourteen members in total). Key responsibilities include managing projects and team activities, optimising the generation and delivery of tailored climate and EO data to clients, and enhancing its analysis and visualisation of climate data for consultancy projects. - Development of Rapid Climate Risk Assessment Tool ‑ Expanded and architected an operational codebase for assessing climate risk evolution across regions and infrastructure assets globally, including uncertainty quantification. Tasks included prioritisation of implementations, climate data analysis, technical documentation and client‑focused presentations. • Technical Lead – H2020 IMPETUS IMPETUS Project. Provided high‑resolution climate data (historical and projected) to multiple demonstration sites and the project consortium. Contributed to the development of an ML model to downscale global climate datasets (from 25 km to 1 km resolution) and supported coastal erosion analysis using optical coastline definitions in Catalonia. • Mentorship and Research Collaboration Supervised two Master’s students and contributed to ongoing research efforts in AI for Drought or analysis of the extension of a marine protected area in Frente Valdés, Argentina, based on future model conditions.
Contributed to the SECLI-FIRM project (http://www.secli-firm.eu/) working on the added value of seasonal climate forecasting for integrated risk management. - Developed numerical methods based on statistical methods (ML) to improve the forecast of hydro and wind power generation through the use of seasonal climate prediction models and available climate observations. As well as understanding limitations of these models and climate reanalysis representing the variables directly related to energy production. - Developed climate analysis to improve the methods of wind production estimation.
- Developed a protocol to include observations of the ocean surface with low resolution and regional domain to reconstruct the Atlantic ocean circulation of the 20th century. - Contributed to specify the requirements for surface salinity satellite products for the ocean modelling community such as limitations of measurement errors, and the definition of key regions to provide good quality data. - Involved in several projects: LABEX IPSL, Blue-Action (European H2020 project, http://www.blue-action.eu/) and CCI+SSS (European Space Agency project, http://cci.esa.int/salinity) - Lead and contributed as a collaborator in published peer-reviewed articles. - Presented my work in numerous conferences and workshops to a wide range of public. - Visitor researcher to Universidad Complutense de Madrid in the group TROPA 9http://tropa.fis.ucm.es/es/). Involved in the group's research through scientific collaboration and co-directing two Master's thesis.

Maths course. (2014-2015, 2016-2017). - Computer lab assistant in Global Ocean Monitoring, Masters course associated with Université de Bretagne Occidental (2014-2015, 2015-2016). - Assistant teacher of 3rd and 4th year module Computational Data Analysis for Geophysicists and Ocean Scientists computer lab sessions with Matlab (2016-2017).
At proytecsa I organize and write up the different manuals for the various products of the company (Production manual, Installation manual or technical manual). As extra duty I researched and started to develop the study of the integration of an algorithm to control a robotic arm of one of our products.
