P&L responsibility. 2022 - achieved best financial result ever. I learned about the Arab culture and its uniqueness and how to best work with a team of 30+ nationalities (inshallah!). Learned how to best overcome a pandemic and tackling now the opportunities lying ahead despite all current challenges in the industry.
P&L responsibility. Regionalized operations from Germany to Brazil. I learned to build up a team & operations from almost scratch. And fell in love with Brazil and its people, tudo joia!
I was in charge of multiple European and Overseas markets. I learned how to turn around a brand by shifting to SUVs and eagerly focusing on profit and cost discipline.
I was the right hand of the MD. I learned how to set up a new importer and its dealer network and how to launch a brand in a new market. And I learned (soo much!) from incredible India and its people. The one out-take? Their endless positivity, no matter what.
