Strategy and growth executive with a track record of scaling businesses across SaaS and media. Currently Head of Strategic Development at Euronext Corporate Solutions, where I define growth strategy in close collaboration with the Management Team, and lead cross-functional initiatives across governance, compliance, and investor relations software for private and listed companies across Europe. Before joining Euronext, I spent six years at Contentsquare as Chief of Staff to the CEO - and later Chief Communications Officer - helping scale the company from 250 to 1,800+ employees. I was deeply involved in closing over $1B in funding across Series D, E and F with investors including BlackRock, SoftBank and Sixth Street, and in managing the acquisition and integration of seven companies, including Clicktale, Hotjar and Heap. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, communications, and execution, translating vision into operational reality, aligning leadership teams during periods of rapid change, and ensuring consistency between what a company says and what it does. I've led post-acquisition integration efforts, built corporate communications functions from scratch, and acted as a trusted partner to CEOs across high-growth environments. Earlier career in international business development at Lagardère and M&A Project Management at Diadeis, with stints in New York, Hong Kong, São Paulo and Paris.
Expanding beyond my role as Chief of Staff and leading a team of 10 FTEs, embraced the newly established position of Chief Communications Officer (Executive Committee), charged with maintaining consistency between operations and internal & external communication. In this dual capacity, oversaw the communications stream following the integration of Contentsquare, Hotjar and Heap into a single entity. As trusted advisor to the CEO and a member of the Executive Committee, played a key role in propelling Contentsquare’s growth from 250 to 1,800+ employees. Supported the CEO and finance department in closing Series D, E and F for a total of over $1B funds raised with renowned investors such as Blackrock, Softbank and Sixth Street. Supported the acquisition and integration of 7 companies including Clicktale, Hotjar and Heap. Planned and participated in Board of Investor and Executive meetings. Oversaw the hiring of all new Executives and acted as go between for Senior Leadership Team and CEO. Managed cross functional projects and led all Crisis Management efforts. Directed Global Internal Communication and ensured alignment between internal and external communication.
Reporting to the COO, worked closely with Senior Leadership and department heads to define the company's 5-year strategy, set strategic priorities, devise metrics for success and lead rollout and reporting. Supported the CEO and finance department in a $60M Series C fundraising process led by Eurazeo.
