Passionate about infrastructure and impactful finance, I am currently working in Investor Relations at Infranity, where I support fundraising and investor communication for infrastructure private debt and equity funds. • Contributing to fundraising process for Infrastructure Private Debt and Private Equity funds. • Preparing and regularly updating investor pitch decks, marketing materials tailored to prospective clients. • Managing the investor CRM database and coordinating the completion of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) • Running analysis and monitoring of market conditions and competition. • Drafting corporate updates and communicating key announcements to investors.
• Studying the CSR strategy of companies and the challenges their sector is facing. • Structuring ESG solutions by recommending relevant indicators for sustainability-linked loans/bonds. • Monitoring the market and regulations on CSR and set up dedicated reporting systems. • Preparing sales presentations to promote sustainable financing to customers.
• Structuring financial solutions such as bank guarantees, LCs, SBLCs and ECA-Backed Loans to large French clients (issuing scheme, quotations, profitability calculations, NBI calculations, capital and liquidity consumption). • Drafting of various internal documents (committee presentations, one-off credit requests, consolidated annual reviews). • Coordinating the implementation of new operations with diverse departments (MO, Risk, Legal, International Network). • Monitoring customer facilities (setting up new facilities, limit arbitration proposals).
• Detecting significant anomalies and risks across various cycles (capital assets, inventory, cash, suppliers, customers, loans, personnel employees and equity). • Participating in statutory audit tasks by controlling and validating legal documents such as management reports, general assembly documents, and resolutions, as well as financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Notes). • Reviewing and validating appendices for both individual company and consolidated accounts.
