Over the past few years, I’ve had the chance to explore sustainability from multiple angles — from water and waste management to clean energy, ESG analytics, and now climate education. At AXA Climate, I help organizations engage their people and accelerate their sustainability transformation through learning, awareness, and innovation. I’m passionate about making sustainability both understood and actionable. Bringing awareness is such a critical piece of the puzzle to drive positive change!! Let’s have a chat about it?
At AXA Climate, I build and sustain long-term partnerships with key clients across German- and Dutch-speaking regions, helping organizations engage their people and accelerate their sustainability transformation. I work with leading international organizations such as Henkel, Deutsche Telekom, Kraft Heinz, Heineken and ABB, supporting the deployment of large-scale sustainability learning and engagement programs across Europe. I help clients explore and activate our full ecosystem of learning and engagement solutions — from digital learning and in-person workshops to community programs and innovation-driven experiences. My missions include: • Leading the deployment of sustainability learning programs within large organizations, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable impact. • Managing cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects end-to-end — from content design to implementation, across multiple formats and languages. • Showcasing and promoting AXA Climate’s latest innovations, such as the Climate Brief series, in-person learning experiences, and AI & Sustainability trainings. • Driving growth and retention by identifying new opportunities and expanding partnerships through tailored solutions. • Acting as a trusted partner and the voice of the client, sharing insights with our Product and Delivery teams to continuously enhance our offer. Through my work, I aim to make sustainability learning more engaging, inclusive, and action-oriented — helping organizations and their people adapt to the challenges of climate change.
At Zei, a fast-growing Greentech startup, I supported organizations in assessing, improving, and communicating their environmental impact. Through a data-driven platform, Zei built tailored sustainability roadmaps for each company — identifying key priorities, connecting them with innovative solutions, and tracking progress over time. My missions included: • Managing client portfolios and guiding companies through their sustainability journey — from diagnosis to action. • Supporting the implementation of improvement plans and partnerships with solution providers. • Helping financial actors subject to the SFDR efficiently collect and monitor ESG data from their portfolio companies. • Enabling clients to measure impact and communicate progress to stakeholders. This experience strengthened my expertise in sustainability strategy, impact measurement, and client engagement within the Greentech ecosystem.
During my last year of master’s program, I joined EDF’s Innovation, CSR and Strategy Directorate to support both internal and external communication initiatives at the heart of the Group’s sustainability and innovation strategy. My missions included: • Managing external communication activities, including writing and publishing LinkedIn articles and opinion pieces (in English and French) on behalf of Alexandre Perra, Executive Director of Innovation, CSR, and Strategy. • Conducting strategic watch and analysis of sectoral reports on key energy transition topics. • Coordinating the Directorate’s flagship event — a live virtual plenary session featuring internal and external speakers. • Managing external relations with EDF’s strategic partners such as the Hydrogen Council, Mazars, and Bpifrance. • Designing and producing a weekly internal newsletter distributed to over 2,000 employees. This experience allowed me to develop strong skills in strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and content creation within a leading energy company driving the transition to a low-carbon future.
During my master’s program, I joined Danone’s Resources Protection & Sustainable Development team to contribute to the implementation of the Group’s environmental strategy and the “One Planet Agenda.” My missions included: • Supporting the reduction of water consumption across 62 EDP plants worldwide through the deployment of a dedicated assessment tool and personalized follow-up for at-risk sites. • Monitoring environmental risk assessment audits, defining strategic KPIs, and co-creating technical and managerial action plans. • Leading the monthly monitoring of Reclaim Unit projects and developing a global maturity grid to evaluate site performance. • Contributing to the implementation of the One Planet Agenda at Danone’s headquarters in Paris by eliminating single-use plastics, reducing food waste, and promoting zero-waste practices. • Conducting an analysis of food waste data across EDP sites and recommending improvement actions. This experience strengthened my expertise in sustainability project management, environmental performance tracking, and stakeholder coordination within a global industrial context.
As part of my bachelor’s degree, I joined Urbyn, a Paris-based startup specializing in waste management optimization for companies. I contributed to developing the company’s network of partners and supporting clients in improving their recycling performance. My missions included: • Conducting market analysis on recycling and reuse channels, and identifying innovative waste management technologies. • Onboarding and negotiating with new service providers to expand Urbyn’s partner ecosystem. • Performing on-site waste audits and coordinating the brokerage of collection and treatment services. • Managing customer and provider relationships, ensuring service quality and operational follow-up. • Aggregating and analyzing waste data through internal tools to build reporting dashboards and propose improvement plans. This experience gave me strong foundations in sustainability consulting, partnership management, and operational excellence within the circular economy sector.
