Lead the User Design and User Interface projects. Created a customizable dashboard to display Firmguard data. Designed the SecureConfig SecureCheck, SecureWipe and SecureUpdate pages from ground up. Redesigned the user interface for adding, removing, updating Endpoint. Developed the login and MFA process. Created an Admin Center, settings, and notifications system. Worked on the design system and collaborated with developers to insure consistency throughout the application. Conducted user studies and user interviews to improve the product.

Joined Cisco as a UX Designer on the Commerce Team. I worked on transforming and refining the sales experience by re-designing the Commerce Store to allow our customers and partners a seamless experience while browsing and purchasing our product and services. The redesign increased sales speed, increased partner and customer satisfaction, and directly led to higher revenue ($50 billion run rate). Created dashboards to help managers with resource and financial planning, and to keep teams accountable for their cost. The dashboards also measure the health of an organization with data through displaying quarterly data in a visual graphic. As a result this tool increased efficiency for business processes and provides a safe place for historical data. Designed an internal Apple Watch app that provides all the information and important notification an employee would need at a fingertip. This app included their calendar, meetings, travel itinerary, email, messages, and PTO. University Recruiting Coordinator.
