I'm an avid reader and learner. I've spent my entire career in a law firm, starting as a legal secretary and then moving to office administrative management before going into learning and development. I love my work and having the opportunity to pay it forward. If it weren't for the people who were patient with me as I was learning, I wouldn't be where I am today. I work with our business professionals on their learning and professional development, helping them be better tomorrow than they are today. I get to work frequently with our legal practice assistants, which I really enjoy as I have a front-row seat to watch how the role has changed over the years and where we are going in the future.
