CORE COMPETENCIES: • Prior start-up experience for new establishment of profit and non-profit organization; • Experienced in bringing the proven expertise in guiding business operations, writing feasibility study, developing business proposals, acquisitioning/initializing accounting systems, providing taxation services, providing market research, and registering the business activities with government ministries; • Maintenance of accurate financial records and ability to prepare clear and accurate reports for informational, auditing and operational use; • Sound ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines; • Great knowledge of governmental accounting practices and procedures, fund accounting and fiscal management, and good knowledge of international finance; • Sound ability to develop HR policies & procedures, recruitment and selection, HR compliance and Employee relation.
