Created import/export files, opened J2J files for overseas, completed bookings with steam ship lines, responsible for data entry, receiving / on hand DN's. Created loading guide, completed hazmat IMO forms and coordinated hazmat inspections, prepared documents such ISF, AES/SED, MBL, HBL, AWB, IMO,CDN,AN, invoice, manifest, released company letters, coordinated hazmat inspections and cut checks for steam ship lines.
Responsible for processing international orders, coordinated shipping of containers with freight forwarders, tracked containers and arranged delivery to final destinations, provide tracking and tracing of shipments at customers request.
