I'm a driven HR professional with a passion for working with global companies to understand their unique business needs and drive solutions to their most pressing challenges. My colleagues and hiring managers say I'm enthusiastic, competent, and the "glue" for every role I've had. I love helping our employees work through thorny issues and leave every interaction with a smile! My favorite work accomplishments involve using technology to enhance the employee experience. In my most recent role at Clayens, I've enjoyed specializing in compliance and employee relations across our US manufacturing operations. When I'm not working, you can find me at Unity Park in beautiful Greenville, SC, enjoying a coffee and the sunshine with my family.
