• Start-up company – Reporting to the owner, led in the areas of Information Technology, Program Management (Clients) and a Business Advisory role • Gained contract with the State of Colorado to determine and execute Campaigns to match businesses to Investors (March 2020) • Created CRM methods to qualify companies and prepare them for investors • Drove project - Designing full conceptual/logical/physical models – for both Dimensional (DW) and Operational (Ranking/Rating components) databases. Erwin data modeling, MySQL (DDL/DML/Routines/Functions and complex SQL scripts included). All PHP coding and DW load script validation/execution created and maintained within MySQL, PHP, Apache (HostGator config). • Produced the full mapping of source ZOHO (CRM) modules to the ‘time machine’ surrogate key method developed (MySQL / PHP environment) to keep accurate track of updates and usage within the ZOHO operational system. All data sourced from ZOHO mapped to the Data Warehouse tables with metadata population (owner, truth of source, domain, values, definition) and data quality validation – with extensibility for calculations/ratings between investors and companies – using Azure Databricks (ML initial use). • Built internal CRM systems (and reporting) with proprietary design/development of critical matching between investors and companies – created Dimensional ‘time-machine’ (SCDs – Type 2) for minimal tracked CRM source system design. Built the Python ranking/rating system (code) as central Fact information to leverage business capabilities. Extensive use of Python data frames as key construct for matching process (RDBMS sourced).
