Deliver comprehensive operational oversight across Army ERP portfolios. Manage daily operational tempo for over 140 personnel, providing direct support to Senior Leadership (AMC, PEO, 2–4 Star). Program Management & Strategic Operations * Dual-Program Oversight: Serve as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) for all C-ERP operational matters and the Senior Operations Manager for GFEBS (Main and Sensitive Activities). Executive Briefing: Develop and present program-level charts, slides, and strategic briefings for O6, PEO, and General Officer leadership to ensure full situational awareness. * Task Execution: Manage and assign critical actions through the Task Management Tool (TMT), maintaining rigorous internal controls and meeting all operational "suspenses." Strategic Reporting: Author the Bi-Weekly Activity Report (WAR) and Top 3 PEO updates; maintain daily MIRARS accountability for a workforce of 140+ staff members. * Security & Information Management Alternate Security Manager: Execute clearance verifications, background checks, and manage physical building/door access for secure facilities; security review and compliance for SIPR accounts; review and process System Access Authorization Requests (SAARs - Form 2875). *IT Modernization: Led the strategic planning and training for enterprise-wide SharePoint and A365 migrations. *Personnel & Team Integration Lifecycle Management: Manage the full onboarding/offboarding lifecycle for PD GFEBS and C-ERP; oversee the integration of SAPNS2 RISE and SAAS teams. Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional synergy between ERP stakeholders, ASSC teams, and vendors to eliminate operational silos.
