As the CEO of BC TECH - BIOCRYSTAL, I’m passionate about revolutionizing the well being and sleep industry by integrating Biocrystal® - stress relief technology into everyday products. Our mission is to enhance well-being, from sleep to relaxation, by harnessing natural energy to promote stress relief and overall well being. From an early age, I was captivated by the power of entrepreneurial pursuits. With zero capital and a one-man band, I took my first steps into the business world. These humble beginnings paved the way for the establishment and management of profitable companies in direct sales with over 200 employees, all under my guidance. Fortunately, my journey has been bolstered by the skills I have honed over the years. Creativity, innovation, effective organizational abilities, and strategic marketing expertise are just a few of the strengths I bring to the table. To date, I have launched and successfully led six start-ups, earning recognition and accolades within my profession. Notably, I was honored with the Manager of the Year award in my home country, Croatia, as well as a nomination for Woman of the Year - Entrepreneur of the Year. One of my proudest achievements is the Innovation of the Year award received in New York, which recognizes our groundbreaking Biocrystal® technology.
With over 30 years of experience in the bedding industry and 9 years of research dedicated to developing innovative components, I’ve led the creation of Biocrystal® – Nature Engineered for Stress Relief. Biocrystal is scientifically tested, 100% natural technology is designed to reduce stress and improve well-being. It can be easily integrated into foams, textiles, and finished products such as mattresses, toppers, pillows, yoga products, travel accessories... Today, my work focuses on helping global brands implement Biocrystal® technology — enhancing their products with proven stress-relief benefits and meeting the growing demand for well-being solutions worldwide.
Proud owner of first luxury Biocrystal property! Biocrystal® villa is first Biocrystal holiday villa in the world. The roots of the Villa are enriched with Biocrystal® mixture, a powerful combination of sixteen crystals, gold, and silver, created according to well known beneficial effects of these natural resources. Besides that, we provided the top efficiency mattresses with Biocrystal® technology implemented inside to help recover the body energy faster and experience deep and continuous sleep.
After a decade of experience within bedding industry I established a family business, that grew to a number of 120 employees, and became the most successful company within the field of direct sale in a region of middle and southeast Europe, for bedding industry products.
