In my role as a Process Development Engineer at 10x Genomics in Singapore, I focused on process optimization, troubleshooting, and cost-saving initiatives. By conducting project-based experiments and analyzing data, I was able to improve production processes and minimize waste, contributing to the overall efficiency of the company.
• Managed and supervised inventory of input ingredients and finished products within the Manufacturing Department to fulfill orders effectively. • Hands-on experience in overseeing the day-to-day operations of macaroni manufacturing machinery from boilers, mixers, extruders, to conveyor ovens. • Prepared and submitted daily progress reports to the Manufacturing Manager. • Participated in a business trip to Beijing with the management team to evaluate and place an order for new machinery, to expand future production capacity.
