Ese recorrido me enseñó distinguir cuándo el problema es realmente externo y cuándo no lo es. Esa misma mirada es la que traigo al trabajo con creativos. Directores creativos y profesionales de agencias en transición que sienten que la respuesta debería estar en la estrategia, en el posicionamiento, en el mercado. A veces lo está. Muchas veces, no. Mi trabajo empieza precisamente ahí, en distinguir una cosa de la otra.
