Key Achievements - Key player in the HR Merger team preparing for the Verve Energy/Synergy merger, with particular focus on change management, staff transition, and aligning HR policy and procedures - Project managed the design and successful implementation of a Performance Development planning system including training all leaders and employees in its use - Partnered with Right Management to design and co-facilitate a Leadership Development and Coaching Program to improve leadership capability within the business - Designed and implemented a Recognition and Rewards Scheme within Verve Energy including safety behaviours to reinforce desired behaviour and culture
