As a Senior Site Coordinator at Assist, I manage and organize the daily operations of an elementary school site, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for students. I also engage with students through STEAM activities and enrichments, fostering their creativity and learning. Additionally, I collaborate with the district to identify and implement strategies that support student success in the classroom. I have a strong background in early childhood education, having worked as a Teacher Assistant at Genius Kids Child Development Centers and KinderCare Learning Companies. In these roles, I gained valuable experience working with children of diverse backgrounds and ages, from 0-12 years old. I have finished my undergrad at California State University of Sacramento, where I developed my skills in educational technology and strategic thinking. My goal is to continue making a positive impact on the lives of young learners and supporting their growth and development. I plan on pursuing my higher education in 2026 for a Masters and teaching credential
I am the Senior Site Coordinator for one of the Elk Grove elementary schools. I organize the site and manage it for the morning crew and afternoon crew. I input paperwork and also engage with students, creating art work using STEAM on demand, enrichments etc. I get the change to meet with the district to go over what we can do to help our students succeed in their classrooms and how my team can support our students.
I am a Teacher’s Assistant and get to work on site with children. I work with kids with different backgrounds and from ages 0-6 years old.
I was also the main teacher working with my own set of children. I have been working there for a year and have gained a lot of on hand experience.
