Responsible for all aspects of Accounting and Finance including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Human Resources, Banking and Financial Reporting. Created a financial reporting package for senior management. Managed several accounting staff. Prepared financials for several audits. Revised and documented several policy and procedure changes.
Responsible for 2008 budgeting for the IT Accounting Department. Compiled actual information from 2007 into a budget for 2008 and prepared variance analysis for headcount, payroll, cost recovery and intercompany allocations. Performed reconciliations for the warranty receivables agreements, prepaid maintenance agreement accounts and other balance sheet accounts. Prepared monthly departmental forecasts and variance analysis.
Provided interim support for the Parent & Subsidiary Accounting Department while they searched for full time employees. Prepared monthly equity roll forwards and recorded investment allocations. Prepared and recorded elimination entries, short-term advances and long-term loan activity.
