I have successfully managed and implemented multiple projects across different industries, including FMCG, automotive, and evaporative cooling. As the Manufacturing Technologies Manager at Baltimore Aircoil Company, I provide support and coordination for four production plants in the EMEIA region. I am responsible for researching, selecting, and introducing new manufacturing technologies and equipment, leading the global MES system implementation, and supporting new product launches and capacity expansion projects. I also coordinate and coach lean manufacturing methods and continuous improvement projects, as well as the capex and cost out plan for the region. My mission is to deliver results through operational excellence, innovation management, and targeted capital investments.
