I had experienced working in WIPRO, a leading Indian Big Tech company, that was located at Gagfa Tower, Panagdait, Cebu city, and is now relocated at Ayala Central Block, IT park. I started working in this company as a Customer Service Representative since December 10, 2015 as an agent for 6 years, and, was then promoted as a support for 1 year.
