As the Founder, CEO and Product-Lead of KpopKart, a global Kpop marketplace. I manage the product development, public relations and operations of our start-up daily. My jobscope includes user validation, growth hacking and scaling the start-up to create a sustainable long-term strategy. I am responsible for managing a team of 5 members, and coordinate between the tech and marketing teams to implement the next big feature. Under my leadership, KpopKart grew from 0 to over 10 000 GMV within the first 6 months of launch. Our happy customers come from across 60 countries. KpopKart is also an alumni of StartupX's Pre-Accelerator programme, partnered with Temasek. We are also part of the SMU Business Innovations Generator. During my stint at KpopKart, the start-up also clinched grand champion at the NUS UNICON 2019 and also first runners-up at the PAK Challenge 2019. KpopKart has also been identified as a rising start-up featured on The Straits Times and The Vulcan Post.
