I help companies solve their documentation problems. After my MBA, I started at Home First Finance as a Relationship Manager, doing home loans end-to-end, sourcing leads, qualifying them, checking creditworthiness, and chasing legal and technical teams to get things disbursed on time. It was a good grounding, honestly. You learn fast that a "yes" from a customer means nothing until the paperwork actually clears. Moved into tech after that, first in a pre-sales role at Aosta Software, where I was building the pipeline from zero, a lot of cold calls, a lot of "no," and slowly figuring out what a good lead actually looks like versus one that just sounds good on paper. I've been an Account Executive at Kovai.co since the end of 2021, selling Document360 across the US and EMEA. It's a documentation/knowledge base product, and the deals I work usually involve a handful of different people, IT wants one thing, Support wants another, Product has their own opinion, so a big part of the job is just keeping everyone rowing in the same direction. I lean heavily on MEDDIC to qualify properly rather than chase everything that moves, and I've been consistently above quota since I started. What I like about this job, honestly, is when the product is actually good and the sale is just about helping someone see that clearly. Those are the deals that don't feel like selling at all. Always happy to connect with people in SaaS sales or anyone working in the documentation/support-tech space.
