Mark is a dynamic entrepreneur and front line manager with a history of success acquired both on an individual scale and through team leadership. His experience has spanned Account Management, Sales / Marketing Management, Vendor / Alliance Management, Channel Management and Regional Management with National and International exposure. Mark commenced work in the IT sector in the mid 80′s and has become a leader in sales, marketing and management in APJ. With a particular focus on start ups, Mark has assisted a number companies establish their footprint in the region via direct and in-direct sales models and then ultimately worked with them to integrate at the time of acquisition. With a successful background in startups, Mark launched his own companies in 2013 focused on social media. Your Social Village is an outsourcer of social media services for companies that do not have the resources and/or knowledge to do it themselves successfully. As a qualified life and business coach, Mark’s passion is to develop successful people and businesses. He is a committed volunteer and recently completed nearly ten years as a Board member and then Chairman of World Youth International - a non profit, non government, non religious international development organisation that offers people over the age of 18 the opportunity to volunteer overseas in a meaningful way. In its 25th year, WYI's major projects include a Secondary School and Child Orphanage in Nepal and a Hospital in Kenya. Mark is a Member of the Australian Marketing Institute (AMAMI) and has been recognised by the Institute as a Certified Practising Marketer (CPM)
