My (early) journey began on the retail floor at my father’s Albert Heijn-supermarket, where it was love at first sight with retail. Today, I am a 360-degree omnichannel Sales & Marketing leader, managing a +150M P&L, experience gained at global leaders like Logitech, Samsung and Belkin. At Logitech I was honored to receive the Global Employee of the Year award. I grew into a hands-on leader driven by a "we can get it done" mentality with a strong focus on coaching and the well-being of people and teams.

Strong experience in navigating the omnichannel landscape, delivering results across both e-commerce and physical retail, including focus on close collaboration with the Samsung e-store to align on campaigns, product launches, and commercial strategy. Consistently exceeded sales targets due focus on market share growth, executing effective S&M-planning and working closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain. Started as a Field Account Manager and grew into a Key Account Manager role over almost a 7-year period, building a strong foundation in sales, relationship management and retail execution. Initially responsible for all local MediaMarkt NL stores, where I successfully onboarded and activated the full store network and growing from 20 to over 50 stores. This structured rollout significantly increased brand visibility, retail performance and laid the groundwork for long-term success. Later transitioned to Key Account Manager, overseeing strategic accounts including Apple Premium Resellers and independent telco partners. Focused on driving revenue growth, executing tailored go-to-market strategies, and expanding Belkin’s footprint across retail and telco channels. Collaborated closely with marketing, supply, and channel teams to deliver consistent results and build lasting partnerships.
Represented ICIDU at Dixons, Dynabyte, MyCom and various independent telecom retailers across the Netherlands. Responsible for in-store execution, product presentation and ensuring optimal brand visibility and customer experience at the point of sale. Regularly traveled to Sweden, Belgium and Luxembourg to support international retail operations and contribute to the expansion of the ICIDU brand in new markets.
