Together with Mendix co-founders and as employee #18 globally and #2 in the US, I've successfully launched Mendix North American presence in 2008 and helped grow the company to a successful $730m acquisition by Siemens in 2018. After landing the first customers and partners, I was responsible for setting up, coaching, and expanding our Global Inside Sales teams (15+ people) in the London, Rotterdam, and Boston office. As Strategic Accounts Director, I was focused on collaborating with Fortune 500 executives to rapidly transform their ideas into applications and digital innovation teams. A few highlights to share: - 2016 Global Sales Executive of the Year and biggest contributor with 170% performance, incl. landing the Fortune #1 company - 2017 Officially started several key strategic customer engagements, incl.
