As Director of Revenue & Data at Cal, I’ve led cross-functional initiatives generating $2M+ in impact by identifying operational inefficiencies, building the infrastructure to capture them, and driving adoption from prototype to production. I start by finding the right problem before building any solution. Then I focus on translating between technical and business teams, owning product roadmaps, and turning insights into decisions. A builder at heart, I created EVZAIN, an AI-powered coaching platform serving 100+ athletes through personalized performance intelligence.
