Currently employed as an Additive Manufacturing Engineer for STRATASYS, a leader in the global Additive Manufacturing market. My role involves close engagement with all five of Stratasys's technologies: P3, PolyJet, SL, SAF, and FDM. With expertise in 3D Design, my tasks include model construction, texturing, rendering, and printing preparation. Leveraging my background as a mechanical engineer, I am hands-on with machine operations. Furthermore, I have developed and implemented a comprehensive Quality Assurance System to evaluate model integrity, address printing issues, and enhance overall product quality. Prior to joining Stratasys, I collaborated with the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH), where I conducted extensive research on Additive Manufacturing Technologies. This experience laid a solid foundation for my current role and deepened my expertise in the field. Beyond my technical endeavors, I have a keen interest in digital art, especially 3D animation and rendering, which complements my engineering expertise by integrating creative design with functional innovation. I am committed to contributing positively to the global engineering and science community, driving forward both technological advancement and educational outreach.
