Built 4 new verticals (Footwear, Accessories, Kids-wear, Innerwear); grew revenue ₹12 Cr → ₹25 Cr → ₹67 Cr with gross margins 63%+. Expanded marketplace presence (Myntra, Amazon) and grew Footwear to ₹30 Cr without discount-heavy sales. Reduced average discounting from 35% → 22%, shifted to outright buying, eliminating leftover inventory risk.
Managed 300+ SIS stores across 5 states, contributing to Bestseller growth ₹16 Cr → ₹600 Cr. Opened 60+ SIS annually, establishing brands as must-have in LFS partners. Built and retained highly stable retail teams (0% attrition, twice awarded), improved conversion, ABV/ATV, inventory & VM compliance.
Opened 14 new franchise stores, onboarded 3 partners; delivered 15% L2L growth in Year 2. Improved profitability via inventory planning, reduced stock ageing, and enhanced VM execution.
Managed Sansui & Kelvinator sales through 50+ dealer network, achieving consistent double-digit revenue growth. Increased outlet penetration, sell-through, and dealer engagement, improving market share.
