Followed the material journey closely - from raw material receipt and QC checks, through production issuance, all the way to finished goods dispatch, working within FIFO/FEFO principles throughout. Created and processed Purchase Orders and Goods Receipt Notes, and tracked job work entries for accurate financial records and vendor management using SAP MM. Spotted a gap in how materials were being tracked in the Engineering Store, and built a digital inventory system using AI with real-time stock updates, location mapping, and check-in/check-out functionality - recognised as the highlight of the internship.
