Breakthrough is a social enterprise reducing the digital skills gap by providing free tech courses—with holistic, wraparound support—to underprivileged communities worldwide. At Breakthrough, I serve as an Operations Executive and Programme Facilitator, managing and delivering the first Hampshire Leadership & Management cohort end-to-end: designing practical, interactive curricula (mock interviews, role-plays, LinkedIn workshops), creating high-quality slides, and coordinating learner engagement. My forte is learner-centred delivery, clear communication and human connection. I focus on turning insight into action and building confident future proof leaders.
