• Maintain data on HRIS • Maintain employee access access to communication access and process to deactivation when employee exit (email, slack, HRIS, etc) • Work closely with Director People and Culture for onboarding administration and People Operation work related • Work closely with Director People and Culture and Talent Acquisition team to maintain employee data update • Work closely with Organization & Development Coordinator to maintain Org Chart & Job Description • Work closely with Organization & Development Coordinator to maintain the performance management data • Work closely with Sr. Corporate Training Development Manager to maintain training needs analysis & support onboarding program • Assisting other departments with related HR process • Requesting asset buying to Finance Manager • Responsible to maintain the asset management documentation, working closely with Finance Manager to updating the data • Assisting Operations Manager with employment contract
• Payroll, Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data. Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes • Managing employee attendance, Calculating employee overtime, Create employee work schedules, • Handle Employment Contract and Employee Database • Onboarding new employees • Reviewing and create Job Description, Standard Operational Procedure, and Company Regulations • Recruitment, deliver full recruitment services including front end needs analysis; prepare job description, job postings, sourcing candidates, interviewing and preparing employment offers. • Update or register employee Insurance (BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan) • Coordinate & support other departments • Legal assisting, prepare and maintain all the legal documents • General Affair and Purchasing • Handle procurement of goods, manage the company assets, replacement or purchase all the goods that company needs from the suppliers comparison, negotiation and the further process • Management Assets, record asset data, labeling asset, checking the company assets once a month to make sure every employee using it properly • Budgeting for daily,weekly and monthly needs for the company needs Ensure every company bills are paid on time such as water and electricity, and others
