Main Duties • Monitor bookings and payments • Plan and delegate tasks to regular staffs and part-timers on daily basic • Working with booking sites (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda) to solve any problems related to guests • Pricing and inventory management • Do check-in, check-out and answer inquiries from guests • Assess and record regular staff and part-timers’ performances on daily basic.
