At BMC Helix, I lead strategy, operations, and analytics, partnering with our executive leadership team and private-equity sponsors to execute Helix’s post-separation growth agenda. I focus on building the operating foundation of a standalone, AI-driven SaaS company - aligning our Product, GTM, and G&A leaders and teams around clear priorities, metrics, and execution to drive sustainable growth and margin expansion.

At BMC, I lead the Corporate Initiatives strategy, planning and transformation function, collaborating closely with the executive leadership team. My role focuses on board-level strategic initiatives and transformative growth programs under private ownership. These cross-functional efforts - spanning Product, Sales, Services, Customer Success, Marketing, and G&A - drive $50M+ in impact and position BMC for sustained growth.
Zume was a Silicon Valley startup focused on off-premise food production, packaging, and delivery platforms ($400M+ raised from Softbank, SignalFire, and others). Leading the business operations team for Zume's Forward Mobile Kitchens business, I was responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy, incl. sales and supply chain planning to achieve target of $11M new hardware and software (SaaS) ARR. In this role we supported our GTM team by evaluating commercial opportunities and partnerships, incl. cloud kitchen concepts, alternative pricing structures, and international expansion.
Oliver Wyman is a global multi-disciplinary, top-tier management consulting firm, 2019 revenue of ~ US$ 2.1B and offices in 50+ cities across nearly 30 countries. Delivered 30+ projects across corporate and business unit strategy, cost transformation, M&A, due diligence, portfolio restructuring, sales and operations planning, and supply chain for 20+ global clients in aviation, automotive, PE, and telecom sectors. Based out of Dubai, UAE (2yrs) and NYC, USA (8yrs).
