Management of the international reporting, budgeting and forecasting process for the Films & Adhesives division. Creation of a KPI tracking tool to focus on the long term vision of the division. Project Leader of the implementation of the consolidation tool (done in less than 4 months)
Analyst within the reporting team of the chemicals subsidiaries (UCB Chemicals division) An improvement fo the reporting system with clear focus on working capital led to a 8% improvement of the operating cash flow.
