Hi! I am currently working! However, I don't usually list current employers while working. As far as professional development, I've attended free live webinars such as those offered by MacMillan Education. I also participated in my first ELTOC (English Language Teaching Online Conference) earlier in 2020 offered by Oxford University Press, along with Summer CAMP ELT and Winter Camp ELT. On a personal note, I have lived in seven countries outside of the U.S. (Mexico, Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Croatia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina) and in seven states in the U.S. (Texas, Montana, California, Connecticut, Michigan, Maryland, and Washington). Connected with prospective students for non-university accredited programs. Collected relevant info. Scheduled appointments. Communicated details with Admissions reps. Made callbacks.
Responded to social media comments on the review sites Google Business, DealerRater, Yelp, Carfax, Cars, and Car Gurus using Social Analytics Suite (aka “the buckets”). Maintained professional and personable tone in replies on behalf of car dealership clients. Attended to specific requests provided by the clients. Used Google Sheets for record timekeeping of hours and related tasks. Created invoices for hours worked.
For client Agero on the Arise platform: Provided roadside assistance. Navigated multiple applications, including avaya, OneRoad, Knowledge Center, and Chat from within the ASD (Arise Secure Desktop with a separate OS on a flash drive) using also Pulse and VMWare. Used Google Maps, iexitapp.com, and Google to find a caller's location. Contacted service providers, as well as insurance clients. Created detailed notes as appropriate.
In partnership with the State of Nebraska: - Contacted positive cases to obtain personal and exposure details, along with quarantine recommendations. - Followed up with contacts of positive cases to discuss exposure and quarantine. Additionally: - Completed surveys related to hospital stays nationwide. - Used 3cx for outbound calls. - Utilized Telnet for time clock and changing punches.
