With over 20 years of experience in corporate coaching, leadership development and organisational learning, I support companies navigate complex change with clarity and humanity. My approach blends a trauma sensitive perspective with Prosci Adkar change management strategy and a solid coaching experience. Fluent in Dutch, French and English, I bring a deep understanding of diverse corporate cultures and how people experience change across different contexts.
