Leading the Recruitment Team in recruiting high quality candidates who meet the needs of the business and utilising sourcing strategies which are timely and cost effective. Operating in a high-volume fast-paced environment, I managed the Recruitment process from vacancy request to closure for allocated roles, including Office and New Program rollouts and built relationships between Business Units and External Providers to drive attraction and retention strategies.
Working as a Recruitment Consultant within the Field Marketing industry, I delivered end-to-end recruitment of field based roles including high volume recruitment projects. I was responsible for advertising, shortlisting, screening, conducting interviews, reference checks, offers and onboarding. I provided information for reporting to management, including recruitment trends, and worked with management to implement recruitment strategies.
My role as Customer Service and Administration Officer requires me to interact with stakeholders in person, via phone and email and has further developed my excellent verbal and written communication skills. I utilise time management and task prioritisation skills to manage the day to day operations of a high volume medical practice. I am responsible for the administration requirements of the practice including diary management and maintaining patient databases whilst working independently and collaboratively.

I am responsible for monthly invoicing, following up on outstanding accounts, complaint resolution, social media updates, banking reconciliation of weekly monies and maintaining client records.
As Assistant Store Manager and Sales Consultant in this high-end fashion boutique, I was able to develop excellent communication skills and cultivate long-term relationships with customers. My role saw me consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs including sales and operational targets. I gained experience in people management, including driving high performance, training and mentoring, and performance managing staff. I demonstrated my ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment to achieve business outcomes.
