• Responsible for HR Operational, Employee relationships and HR Policies for the Business Units • Background screening checks on employee for customers such Banks, government sector etc • Responsible for all foreign workers’ work related matters; monitor, apply renewal and cancel S Pass/ E Pass. • Review HR policies & processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirement •Take charge of monthly new hire orientation • Generate HR Monthly report, prepare Global Review report and general monthly headcount report •Employee engagement such as Team Building, organizing events, wellness & CSR •Issuing medicard to employees, also handle staff insurance such as H & S Group Plan and GHS Group Voluntary dependent insurance. •Conduct exit interview and clearance
• Appointed as a Relations Manager (RM) managing recruitments and any other matters for 5 departments. (Finance, Marcom, Sports & Lifestyles, Corporate Services and Operations & Projects) • Work closely with hiring managers in the recruitment needs and maintain good partnering relationships with them. • Assist in the sourcing and selection of quality hires through various channels. • Management and co-ordination of all end to end recruitment processes. • Handle work pass application, renewal and cancellation for foreign employees. • Conduct reference checks; prepare HR-related letters and hiring documentation. • Generate manpower reports on a monthly basis. • Maintain and update personal files and leave records. • General administration duties including documentation, filing and updating of data. • Conduct exit interview and clearance • Responsible for employee-employer relations including handling of staff grievances, disciplinary and counseling. • Review staff benefits and annual insurance coverage. • Manage the annual Performance Appraisal Exercise
