With over 5 years of professional experience, I specialize in damage assessment, customer coordination, and centralized parts procurement at Gerber Collision & Glass. Passionate about delivering seamless repair experiences, I focus on ensuring accurate damage evaluations and fostering transparent communication with customers. My goal is to contribute to a collaborative environment that prioritizes efficiency and high-quality service while aligning with organizational values. At Gerber Collision & Glass, I oversee vehicle collision damage assessments, facilitate insurance company communications, and manage repair schedules. By leveraging systems like CCC1 and Ops Trax, I ensure cost-effective parts ordering and accurate file maintenance. Collaborating across shop locations and vendors, I help streamline operations and maintain a less than 30-day AR report. My work emphasizes precision and teamwork to achieve operational excellence.
