-Identify and attract potential candidates through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) -Conduct initial screenings and reach out to candidates to assess their interest and qualifications -Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target talent profiles -Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs -Utilize Boolean searches, X-ray searches, and other sourcing techniques to find top talent -Engage passive candidates and nurture relationships to generate interest in open positions -Track sourcing metrics and provide data-driven insights on candidate pipelines -Manage candidate databases and ensure accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) -Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment -Represent the company’s brand positively and create engaging outreach messages to attract top talent -Conducting intake and update calls
