Kingsway Global > Managing Director & Founder, DSCR Commercial Loan Broker KGC was founded by veteran mortgage industry professional Vanessa Gray with a single, clear mission: to eliminate the red tape, administrative bottlenecks, and rigid qualification rules that prevent real estate investors from scaling their wealth. With a deep background rooted in comprehensive credit underwriting, financial structuring, and residential mortgage originations, Vanessa Gray recognized a massive systemic problem in today's banking environment. Traditional consumer lending institutions analyze real estate investments using the wrong metrics—clogging up the financing pipeline with endless requests for personal tax returns, W-2s, and debt-to-income (DTI) calculations. Real commercial real estate investing doesn't operate under consumer rules. Capital shouldn't be the bottleneck holding your portfolio back.
