• Leading team of 8 people in charge of the entire logistical value chain • Managing dedicated 7,000 sqm 3PL operation with 30 commercial headcounts • Operating in fast-pace, versatile and hands-on start-up environment • Planning and management of entire Logistics & Compliance P&L for the Asia Pacific region • Running multi-category warehouse with various activities (pallet pick to single pick) and over 15,000 SKU of multiple luxury product groups,e.g. liquor, tobacco, confectionery, perfume, cosmetics, fashion and accessories • Conducting regular review and RFQ exercises with network of warehousing and freight providers (warehousing/ VAS/ sea/ air/ crossborder/ armed escort) • Experienced in handling licensed warehouse/ bonded and zero GST goods and familiar with customs regulations for various countries within Asia Pacific • Teams greatest achievements include transition to new 3PL warehouse facilitating 500% growth in logistics activities and set up of supply network for Malaysian joint-venture partner with 42 outlets and 17 warehouses
