Until recently, I served as Senior Director of Engineering at Salesforce and currently sit on the board of Chicas en Tecnología. I bring over 20 years of experience driving complex software development, adopting emerging technologies, and leading teams across diverse markets. Chicas en Tecnología is a non-profit, civil society organization in Argentina, which since 2015 has sought to reduce the gender gap in the technology entrepreneurship environment at a regional level.
At MuleSoft we're on a mission to connect the world's apps, data, and devices. That means tackling one of the biggest problems in IT today – integration. On the integration aspect of the business, I was responsible for the following projects during this stage of my career: * Studio 7 and Mule 4 Gold release --> a major release as part of our premier tool designed for Specialist developers call Studio. * Composer for Salesforce --> a brand new tool designed for those who can integrate but cannot code - Connect apps and data quickly and easily with clicks, not code. We built this product from scratch on top of the powerful Mule Runtime, together with Salesforce, and from scratch during the pandemic with a team distributed in 3 different countries. More than a project, this was a personal and professional achievement!
GeoPark is a leading independent Latin American oil and gas explorer, operator and consolidator with assets and growth platforms in Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Ecuador. I was responsible for the creation, management, strategy and execution of the IT department for the organization. I managed Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Software, Help Desk and Cyber Security teams across 6 countries. Part of my duties included: budget management; team supervision while working closely with management, external vendors and advisors; Research and recommendation of new products and market opportunities; Improvement and creation of IT processes; Directing the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes; Overseeing technical projects in alignment with organizational goals. Rebuilding the IT department, expanding the team and ensuring a step up from the exiting team.
Truelogic Software, an Inc. 5000 company, is a premium boutique custom software development company that specializes in Fixed Price Projects and Nearshore Staff Augmentation Services. After the Due Diligence process between Polar Bear Development and Truelogic Software, I joined TL as part of the merge process between Truelogic and Polar Bear Development. My tasks were facilitated by the high cohesion in the culture and operation of both companies. My main goal was to develop strategies together with the clients in order to define the best solution to accomplish their upcoming business challenges.
